Dr. Maria is great and extremely helpful and thorough. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and efficient; and the oral hygienists are also very nice and professional. I used to hate going to the dentist's, even for cleanings, but now that I have found this office, I don't hesitate anymore. I had tooth pain recently, and they were able to squeeze me in that same week. Don't let the fact that the office is on the first floor of a two-family house fool you. The office is very clean and the dental equipment seems to be up to date (however, I don't know anything about dental equipment, so I may be wrong), but the examination rooms have massage chairs and are clean. The waiting room is excellent with water, a Keurig machine, all sorts of magazines, books for the kids, great interior decor. I started there because it took my insurance and was very close to where I worked at the time. I ended up leaving my previous job about two weeks after my first appointment with her. My experience with Dr. Vasilakis and the Dental Hygienists was so positive that I have chosen to stay a patient even though the office is no longer in a convenient place for me. They doctors and hygienists that work there are very skilled, professional, and make it clear that they care about the me and my teeth. read less

I get nervous at the dentist in general and she's very good at explaining what is being done and answering questions to ease my nerves. She's never pushy about having anything done that isn't necessary and even offers suggestions to help keep me out of the dentist office. Despite my hardest efforts, I've always had cavity prone teeth and she was the first to suggest a Ph balancing mouthwash, which has worked wonders. You can tell she cares about her patients! read less

The front desk staff was super sweet, offered tea, and made the process smooth.

Jamie was AWESOME- she explained everything as she taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth, and made me feel at ease (the first time I have felt like that at the dentist). She discussed whitening options with me without pushing expensive treatments. Transparency is something I value in medical situations, and Dr. Maria's team is great about it. Everyone here is easy to talk to.

As someone who has avoided the dentist for years- I'm so happy I found this gem and won't be going anywhere else. 🙂 read less

Let's start with the front office. Appointments are easy to schedule, they even double checked my insurance coverage, and printed out estimates for the work I needed done based on estimates of my insurance benefits. For me, that was above and beyond. I can't tell you how many times offices were so reluctant to give me any type of estimate on potential work when I asked. Or they were extremely cautious, making sure I understood it was just an estimate and might not even be very meaningful due to insurance fluctuations.

My hygienist - yes, I have my own hygienist which will see me through my bi-yearly appointments. Jaymi-Lyn was so informative and gentle. I loved that she talked me through every single step of what she's checking for, what this equipment does, and what I can check for myself at home. I also ask a lot of questions so I was glad at not only how patient she was, but how thorough her answers were. It feels wonderful to know I can continue to email her with questions that may arise before my next appointment.

Dr. Vasilakis - she was equally as gentle and warm as the rest of the staff. She listened to my concerns, my issues in the past, and how I wanted to proceed in the future with her. I'm so relieved to have the future of my tooth health in the hands of this wonderful office! read less

So, there's no way you will miss your appointment.

Then you arrive and they have a Keurig Coffee while you wait. Then you seat at the dentist chair, and the chair has a massaging system!!! I am not kidding. Also their X-rays are digitalized and you can see them on a computer screen. They also have this cool little laser that measures the thickness of the inside of your teeth, so you can catch a problem way before it shows up. This would give any place at least 5 stars, but then there's the people. Everyone here is incredibly nice and personable, big smiles and friendly people, yet very professional.

I've moved a lot in the last 10 years. So, I've had about 5 different dentists in my life, most of them excellent places, but I can safely say this is THE best dentist and dentist experience I've had so far. read less

On top of being an awesome staff they are very thorough in following up issues, have top of the line technology. From the little things to the medical elements.

In the little things for example you have the fact that they have a texting and email system to remind you if you want to. They have a Keurig coffee maker while you wait, and  the dentist chair has an option for a massage, which is amazing!!!!!!

On the medical side they have also top of the line technology, and are all very professional and knowledgable. Not only that, they keep you in the loop as to what is going on with your own health. I've been o other dentists that don't tell you but the minimum because they have so many patients.

They don't only care to treat problems with your oral health, they care to prevent problems. To give you an example: The other day after looking at an initial x-ray (which is digitalized, not printed) they took this laser pen that checks on the thickness of my enamel (I had never seen a dentist use this before). It turns out that one of my teeth seemed somewhat weak, but not quite damaged. So, they suggested that my tooth might be at risk, but that it was easy to fix changing some practices. They suggested as a preventive measure to change toothpaste, and proposed to check on it again next time. It turns out my tooth was fine the next time I came in.

So, top of the line technology allowed for prevention, their professional standards allowed them to follow up, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The whole time I was enjoying it so much, before I even got there I got a text reminder, when I got there I got a little Keurig coffee, when they were treating me I got a massage from the chair, and when I left they made sure I had my next appointment ready, and said good bye to me with a big smile!!!! read less

The massage chair you'll get your cleaning on is a nice touch! Dr Maria is kind, honest and professional. She's never tried to convince me I need a new filling or upsell in any way, as most other dentists have. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. They have early morning and evening appointments.
